This section describes the new features and fixed issues for Process Runner v24.2, released in June 2024.

New Features

Run Process Files using OData

Business users of Process Runner can now access basic SAP Tcodes MM01, MM02, and MM03 (TX technology) without accessing SAP GUI. To enable this feature, you must configure the SAP server with OData. For more information on configuring OData in an SAP system and run a process file using OData, see Configure OData in an SAP system and Run in Process Runner Help.

Introduction of Cloud-based Dashboard

Account managers of Process Runner can now select the Dashboard feature in the Cloud Hub to get reports and a graphical overview of how the users of their organization use the application. You can use the cloud-based Dashboard by selecting Process Runner Cloud under Tools > Options > Enterprise Settings > Dashboard. SAP Return Message Settings for Cloud License

If your organization is using the cloud license of Process Runner, the account managers can manage the messages that SAP returns for all desktop users in the Process Runner Cloud Hub Control Panel.

Fixed Issues

Memory Status When Using Refresh Button

When you select the Refresh button in the Mapper section of Process Runner to synchronize the changes made in the Excel instance, an error message stating insufficient memory to load the data appears.
