Use All Process Apps

All Processes page displays the published process files. These files are published using Publisher functionality. Select Process Apps to open them and users can utilize them for their task completion.

Rename Process Apps

This option allows to rename the display names of published process file.

To rename a process app,

1. Move over the top-right corner of the process app icon and activate the check box so as to select the Process App. Select Rename from the optional operations displayed as shown in the image below.

   

2. In the Rename Process App(s) window, enter the new process name for the Process App, and then select Yes .
3. In the confirmation screen, select Yes to confirm.

Export Package Only

Export processes, exports the selected published processes in a zip file InnoweraPKG.zip for backup or for Import to another Innowera Web and Mobile Server server. This will only download files which are generated while publishing the process APP. Innowera Web and Mobile Server inbuilt files used in this package will not be downloaded.

To export a process app (package only),

1. Select all the processes that you want to export, and then select Export .

   

2. The Export Process App(s) confirmation window appears to download selected process in a zip format to the selected path.
3. Select Yes to save the InnoweraPKG.zip file. InnoweraPKG.zip is the default file name of the zip file. Save the file.
4. Extract the files from the compressed folder. The following folders are displayed as shown in screenshot.

   

   Option	Description
   MobileRunner	This folder stores all icons and published HTML5 templates of all the individual mobile devices configured in Innowera Web and Mobile Server. The icons folder has all the icon images which will be displayed with the respective process on the device. The Published Files folder has all the HTML5 templates like company logos, input fields, submit buttons, etc.
   ProcessFiles	This folder contains all the Process files which user can view on mobile or web application. Whenever the user publishes a new process file, a copy of that process file is added to this folder.
   WebRunner	This folder contains configuration file. The icons folder has all the icon images for the respective process and the Published Files folder has all the HTML5 templates like company logos, input fields, submit buttons, etc.

Export for Designer

Export in for Designer mode allows to download package of selected process APP(s) along with the inbuilt files of package, moreover it exports the selected published process files in a zip file InnoweraPKG.zip with other files required to modify HTML file. Developers can edit HTML files for enhancement and customization as per their requirement using HTML editors such as Adobe Dream-weaver, Visual Studio Code, or  Notepad++.  The updated package can then be imported to Innowera Web and Mobile Server  to make changes available to all users. Refer the Advanced section chapter to see the Customization in Innowera Web and Mobile Server.

To export a process app (designer),

1. Go to All Process Apps from the drop-down of Process Apps tab.
2. Select all the Process Apps which are to be exported.
3. Select Export.

   

4. In the Export Process App(s) window, select For Designer and select Yes.

   

5. Select Yes to confirm export Process App(s).

SAP Inbox

You can Approve or Reject SAP workflow items directly from Web Runner. Get the items only from required workflows or get the entire list from all workflows as per your SAP Workflow Settings

Easy Workflow Inbox

Easy Workflow Inbox allows you to approve or reject a workflow from Innowera Web and Mobile Server. To configure Innowera Easy Workflow for Innowera Web and Mobile Server, refer Innowera Easy Workflow Settings.

To approve or reject a workflow,

1. Go to Process Apps > All Processes > Easy Workflow Inbox. The Workflow Approvals page appears.

   

2. Expand a workflow and select the Next button. The workflow information appears.
   
3. Select Yes to approve the workflow. Alternatively, select No to reject the workflow.
