Configure Easy Workflow Settings
Innowera Easy Workflow settings can be managed directly from the Innowera Web and Mobile Server by enabling the checkbox Enable Innowera Easy Workflow Inbox.

Enable Innowera Easy Workflow Settings : |
Enable this option to Activate Innowera Easy Workflow inbox. Using this feature, user can approve or reject any workflow step assigned to any particular user. |
Connection Name : |
Name defined by user for the database connection. |
Server Name : |
Input the Server IP address where the database is setup. |
Database Name : |
Input the name of database that is setup. |
Authentication Mode : |
SQL Server authentication and windows authentication options are available in the drop-down. Select appropriate option for your database connection. Please note that for windows authentication user must have permission for that database. |
Username/Password |
For SQL Authentication enter the username and password to access the database |
Connection Timeout: |
Input the length of time (in minutes) to wait for a connection to the server before terminating the attempt and generating an error . If time given passes out, It shows error that "it could not connect to database". If this option is not checked, it uses SQL default timeout of 15 seconds. |
Apply : |
The details are saved and are displayed in database configuration screen. |
Test Connection : |
.Allows to check if the connection is getting established to the database. On successful 'Ping to SQL Server was successful' message is displayed. On the failure of the same 'Verify the details entered' is displayed. |
Restore defaults: |
Click on this option to restore default values for above settings. Upon clicking this button, it will remove database connection configuration settings permanently from Innowera Web and Mobile Server database. |
To configure Innowera Easy Workflow in Innowera Web and Mobile Server:
- Enable the Enable Innowera Easy Workflow Settings option.
- Provide Database Configuration. Refer to the table mentioned above.
- Select Test Connection.
- Once the connectivity to easy workflow database is successful, select Apply.
