View Innowera Products User Status

The Innowera Products User Status page displays the list of Process Runner, Process Runner DB, Excel Add-in, Innowera Web and Mobile Server, and Easy Workflow users and their statuses.

To view status of Innowera products,

1. Go to Status > User Status. The Innowera Products User Statuses page appears with the following information:
   • User ID: Indicates the Windows User ID.
   • PID: Indicates the ID of the Process Runner or Process Runner DB instance.
   • Computer: Indicates the computer name.
   • Duration: Indicates Process Runner usage time.
   • Time Zone: Indicates user's time zone.
   • Product Name: Indicates the Innowera product used by the user.
   • Action: Indicates the activity of the user in Process Runner or Process Runner DB, such as open and start page.
   • Process Name: Indicates the name of the Process file running in Process Runner or Process Runner DB.
   • SAP User ID: Indicates the SAP user ID when Process Runner calls SAP system while running a process.
   • SID: Indicates SAP system name to which your Process Runner or Process Runner DB instance is connected.
   • Client: Displays SAP client.
2. You can select the following options on the Innowera Products User Statuses page.
   • Block: Indicates that the user will be blocked.
   • Log Off: Indicates that the user will be logged off. The user is displayed until the logged off user closes the Process Runner or Process Runner DB session.
   • Remove: Indicates that the user will be removed from the Innowera Products User Statuses page.
   • Refresh: Indicates that the Innowera Products User Statuses page will be refreshed.
   • Log off all users: Indicates that all users will be logged off. The users are displayed until these logged off users close their Process Runner or Process Runner DB session.
   • Remove all users: Select this option to remove all the users from the list.

     

3. Optionally, to view the logs of Process Runner, Process Runner DB, Process Runner Excel Add-in, Innowera Web and Mobile Server, and Easy Workflow, select Display Process Runner Log. The Product User Log page appears. For information about the Process User Log page, see View Product Log.
4. Optionally, to view the access mode settings, select Full access mode. The Process Runner Default Behaviour/Setting page appears. For information about the Process Runner Default Behaviour/Setting page, see Configure Process Runner Default Behaviour/Setting.
