View Product Log

The Product User Log page describes the user activity of Process Runner, Process Runner DB, Process Runner Excel Add-in, Innowera Web and Mobile Server, and Innowera Easy Workflow instances that are configured in your Innowera Control Panel instance.

Note: To record the user activities of the Innowera products, you must select the Enable Innowera Product log option on Admin Settings > Options.

To filter Innowera product logs,

  1. Go to Admin Settings > Product Log. The Product Users Log page appears.

  2. Select the Start Date and End Date for the product logs. The product logs for the selected period are displayed.
  3. On the Product Users Log page, filter the product logs as follows:
    • Date Time: Indicates the period for which the product logs must be displayed.
    • Username: Indicates the name of the user based on whom the product logs must be displayed.
    • Computer: Indicates the computer name based on which the product logs must be displayed.
    • Product Name: Indicates the name of the Innowera product for which the product logs must be displayed
    • ProR Version: Indicates the version of the Innowera product for which the product logs must be displayed.
    • System: Indicates the SAP system for which the product logs must be displayed.
    • Process: Indicates the Process file name for which the product logs must be displayed.
    • Time Zone: Indicates the time zone for which the product logs must be displayed.
    • Action: Indicates Innowera product actions, which are Load, Open, Run, and Record. For example, the action is "Load" when you open Process Runner and "Open" when you open a Process file.
    • Permission: Indicates the user's permission for Process files and SAP systems.
    • Message Number: Indicates the message number of the actions performed by the user on the Innowera products. Message Number is the Title ID associated with the Message Text mentioned in Admin Settings > Message Configuration.
    • Description: Indicates the description of the actions performed by the user on the Innowera products. Description is the Message Text mentioned in Admin Settings > Message Configuration.

Export Product Log

Using the Export option you can export the Innowera product logs in different formats, such as PDF, Excel, and Word.

To export product logs,

  1. On the Product Users Log page, to export logs within a particular time period, select Start Date and End Date.
  2. Select Export. The product log file is saved in the Downloads folder of your local computer.
