This section describes the new features and enhancements for Process Runner Cloud v25.3, released in September 2025.

New Features

Return on Investment (ROI) Report in Dashboard

Account managers and users with permission can now configure, view, and download the Return on Investment (ROI) report of the Process Runner products through the ROI Report feature in Dashboard. For more information, see ROI Report in View Dashboard.

Enhancements

Access to Cloud Hub for Non-Licensed Users

If you are a user without any assigned Process Runner product licenses in the Platform, you can now access key features in Process Runner Cloud Hub. Access is determined by your role permissions and your organization’s configuration. You can:

• View reports on the Dashboard
• Configure settings in the Control Panel
• Use Eshare, if enabled by your organization

User Role–Based Access to Dashboard

Instead of limiting Dashboard access to only account managers, now users with the appropriate permissions assigned to their role can view and export/download reports from the Dashboard. For more information on configuring permissions for roles, see Manage Roles.

SAP Call Restrictions in Processes

In addition to setting the number of SAP calls allowed per run at the global and user levels, you can now configure the value at the process level in Processes. For more information, see Processes in the Manage Control Panel section.

Disable Table Join Feature at Group Level

You can now manage the Disable Table Join feature setting at the group level in Groups, in addition to the global and user levels. For more information, see Groups in the Manage Control Panel section.
