This section describes the enhancements and known issues for Process Runner v24.4, released in December 2024.

Enhancements

Run Sales Orders and Purchase Orders Process Files without SAP GUI

Business users of Process Runner can now run SAP Tcodes for Sales Orders (VA01, VA02, and VA03), and Purchase Orders (ME21N, ME22N, and ME23N) without accessing SAP GUI. To enable this feature, you must configure the SAP server with OData. For more information on configuring OData in an SAP system and run a process file using OData, see Configure OData in an SAP system and Run in Process Runner Help.

Top Reports in Cloud Hub Dashboard

Account managers can now view a graphical summary of SAP call usage by Process Runner products and technologies through the Top Reports feature in Dashboard. To use this feature, your organization needs a cloud license and must choose the Dashboard option in Cloud Hub.

Known issues

Error Message When Using Files From OneDrive

An error message stating Access to the path is denied appears when you try to use an Excel template, process file, or Excel data file from OneDrive.
