Enhancements
Custom File Name Field in Workflow Definitions
In the Advanced section of workflow definitions, you can now enter a default file name for workflow-generated templates. This value is used as the initial file name suggestion when a workflow starts and is automatically combined with a unique identifier to prevent duplication.

Change Owner of SAP Logon Shortcuts
If you are a user with an admin role, you can now change the Owner Name of the shared SAP Logon shortcuts. After changing the owner, the shortcut remains fully functional for auto jobs and other workflow operations without requiring changes to the workflow definition.

Step Instructions Available in Email Templates
You can now include the #Step Instructions# constant in email template configurations. When used, it is replaced by the step instructions of the corresponding workflow step, allowing recipients to view the instructions directly in their email. Previously, recipients had to open the work item in Excel to view this information.

New Sample Showing Automatic File Attachment in SAP
A new sample is added to the Easy Workflow Ready-to-Use Samples collection for GLSU users. The sample demonstrates how Easy Workflow automatically sends an attachment to SAP after upload, enabling users to view the attachment directly in the SAP Fiori environment.

Return on Investment (ROI) Report in Dashboard
If your organization is using the Platform license, account managers and users with the appropriate permissions can now configure, view, and download the Return on Investment (ROI) report for Easy Workflow using the ROI Report feature in the Cloud Hub Dashboard.
