New Features

Introduction of AI Doc Assist

You can now use the AI Doc Assist feature, an in-product doc assistance chatbot that answers any questions related to Process Runner Excel Add-in. The AI Doc Assist uses articles from the product documentation and the support knowledge base as sources for the responses. Enhancements

Number of SAP Calls and Threads Per Run in Cloud Hub Control Panel

If your organization is using the cloud license of Process Runner Excel Add-in, account managers and authorized users can set the number of SAP calls and threads allowed during a process file run for all users centrally or for each user at the user level in the Cloud Hub Control Panel.

Easy Workflow Settings without Eshare

If you are using the cloud license of Easy Workflow, you can now configure its database settings in the Process Runner Excel Add-in under Tools > Options > Enterprise Settings > Eshare, without requiring a separate Eshare license.

Fixed Issues

Enable Eshare to Configure Easy Workflow Database with Cloud License

When you enable the Eshare feature under Tools > Enterprise Settings > Eshare in Process Runner Excel Add-in v24.2 to configure the Easy Workflow database using the cloud license, an error message stating Not authorized to use EShare appears.

Open Workflow Item Sent as an Attachment for Approval

When you try to open the Excel file delivered as an attachment in your email to approve or reject a work item, the file stops responding.
