Use Lineos (AI Doc Assist) In Process Runner Excel Add-in
Lineos is an in-product AI Assist feature from insightsoftware. The AI Assist chatbot includes AI Doc Assist, which answers questions that answers any questions related to Process Runner Excel Add-in using documentation and support knowledge base articles as sources. Some of the key benefits of AI Doc Assist are:

Note: Lineos is only available to Process Runner Excel Add-in user with Platform license and using v24.3 and higher.
Note: If your account manager disables Lineos in the Cloud Hub Control Panel, the Lineos icon will not appear.
Perform the following steps to use AI Doc Assist:
- In the Process Runner Excel Add-in ribbon, select the Lineos icon in the Help section. The AI Doc Assist dialog appears.
- Enter the question in the text box and select Enter key or the left arrow icon. insightsoftware’s AI Doc Assistant provides a tailored response.
- Optionally, select any of the related help articles under the References section of the search result to view more information from the documentation website and support knowledge base articles.
