Assign Process App(s) for User/Role
The Process Apps can be assigned to the User(s)/Role(s) individually to enhance the usability of Innowera Web and Mobile Server. These user(s)/role(s) will be restricted to use other process apps than those which are assigned. Go to Manage Process and Service > Assign ProcessApp.

Assign Process App(s): |
Select Assign Process App(s) to assign any Process Apps to any User(s)/Role(s). |
Refresh: |
Select Refresh to load the changes that may have occurred though other nodes of IWMS. |
Delete (Selected) |
Deletes all the selected Process Assignment Rules. |
Note: User/Role assignment settings at Assign ProcessApp will not be considered if Auto Assign settings is enabled while Add New Users.
Add Rule (Assign Process App)
- Select Add Assign Process to create a new rule and assign/block Process App's for User(s)/Role(s).

Assign Level:
For assigning processes, select a role or user.
User/Role Name:
Select a particular User/Role to be assigned with Process App.
Process Assignment:
The Process in Available Processwill be blocked and Process in Assigned Process will be allowed.
Add>:
Select the process app (from Available Process) and click Add> to shift it to 'Blocked Process'.
Add All>>:
Click Add All>> to shift all the process apps from 'Available Process' to 'Blocked Process'.
< Remove:
Select the Process App (from Blocked Process) and click < Remove to shift the selected Process Apps from 'Blocked Process' to 'Available Process'.
<< Remove All:
Click <<Remove All to shift all the process apps from 'Blocked Process' to 'Available Process'.
Save:
Assign Level:
Cancel:
Select Cancel to exit without saving the changes.

Taking an example of the following scenario as shown in the image below:

When above settings will be saved, following will be the behavior:
- All the users that use example4user user name will be able MM02 - Change Material Process App.
- All the users that use example4user user name will not be able to access the AS02 - Change Asset Process App.
Operations on Roles
This option allows deleting role from the list.
- Select the roles to be deleted and select Delete.
- Select the icon to delete individually and select Yes to delete user and their records.
