Install Process Runner DB

Prerequisites

• Ensure that your system meets the system requirements of the Process Runner DB application. For information about the system requirements, see System Requirements for Process Runner DB.
• Download and extract the components of the Innowera_ProcessRunnerDB_Set_Up.exe setup file.

Install Process Runner DB

This section provides information about installing Process Runner DB.

To install Process Runner DB,

1. Run Innowera_ProcessRunnerDB_Set_Up.exe. The Select Setup Language dialog appears.
2. Select the language of your choice from the drop-down list and select OK. The License Agreement window appears.
3. Select I accept the agreement and select Next. The Select Destination Location window appears.

   

4. In the Select Destination Location window, select any of the following:
   • Select Next to continue with the default destination folder.
   • Select Browse and navigate to the folder location of the destination folder. Select Next.

   The Installation Type window appears with the Full Installation checkbox selected by default.

5. Select Next. The Select Additional Tasks window appears.
6. Select Next with the default option to create a Process Runner DB shortcut on your desktop. The Ready to Install window appears.
7. Select Install. The installation process starts, and the status of the installation is displayed. After the installation process is complete, the Completing the Process Runner DB Setup Wizard window appears, with the Launch Process Runner DB checkbox selected by default.

Note: The Process Runner DB setup installs the Microsoft.NET Framework on your system if it is not already installed.

8. Select Finish. The Process Runner DB application is installed.
9. After installation, to use Process Runner DB, perform one of the following steps:  

   • If your organization is using the cloud license model, when you run Process Runner DB for the first time, the Logon dialog appears.

     1. Enter your email ID associated with your organization and select Continue.

        

        Note: If you are using a trial version of the application, close this dialog. A splash screen opens. Select Evaluate to use the application.

     2. Enter your Email Address and Password. Select Sign in. The Verification dialog appears.
     3. Enter the verification code sent to your email and select Verify code. You are signed in to the application.
   • If your organization is using the legacy license model, you must request and load the license. For more information, see Manage License.
