SAPuserID Match with Windows userID Setting in Master Control

This option when enabled, User will not able to login to SAP unless the SAPuserID and Windows User ID are the same.

Let us assume that SAPuserID is SAPUSER and Windows UserID is JSMITH and SAPuserID should always match with Windows UserID option is checked at SAP System level.

Then when user JSmith uses Process Runner to record or to execute any process (TX, BA, DE, and GUI) and login into SAP with SAPUSER ID then that user will receive the SAPuserID mismatch message.

Note:

• If the SAPuserID and Windows userID will be John i.e. both are same then user will not receive mismatch message of SAPuserID and Windows userID.
• If SAPuserID should always match with Windows userID is checked as 'Settings as per SAP system' at user level then the settings made at SAP system level will be applicable.
