Configure Test Database and Test Service
This topic is applicable only if your organization is using Platform License.
This procedure describes how an account manager or a user with the appropriate permissions can configure the test database and test service for a Easy Workflow user.
To configure test database and test service,
- Configure the test database. For detailed steps, see Configure Easy Workflow Database.
- Configure the test service by mapping it to the test database. For more information, see Configure Easy Workflow Service.
- To load the Platform License and Features perform the following:
- In Easy Workflow Configuration Tool, go to Help > Process Runner Cloud Information. The Process Runner Cloud Information window appears.
- Enter the following Customer Information:
- Organization Name
- Email Id

Configuration Key
Note: Use the same configuration key generated from Cloud Hub to configure test database.
- Select Save and Close.
- In Easy Workflow Configuration Tool, go to Help > Process Runner Cloud Information. The Process Runner Cloud Information window appears.
In Process Runner Excel Add-in, assign the database for users who require the test database. For more information, see Configure EShare or Easy Workflow in Process Runner Excel Add-in
Post-Testing Actions
- After testing is complete, reconfigure test users to use the production database, as described in Step 4.
- If the test database and test service are no longer required, shut them down.
