Configure Easy Workflow Service
The Easy Workflow service is used to manage the email notifications, reassignment of workflow items to different users, reminder emails, auto check-in of files, and the autorun step types.
Note: The autorun step types are Auto Run (SAP), Auto Test Run (SAP), Auto Error Processing Run (SAP), and Auto Validate Data Governance Rule (ICP).
You can install the Easy Workflow service on multiple server systems. You must run IEWF_Server_Component_Setup on each server system and specify the information about the same Easy Workflow database that you have configured. If the service is installed on more than one server system, you can specify the service on any one of the servers as the primary service and the service on other servers as secondary.
To configure the Easy Workflow Service,
- Open IEWF Configuration Tool that is available on the desktop of the server system where Easy Workflow service is installed. The Easy Workflow Service and Database Configuration Tool window appears.
