This section describes the enhancements and fixed issues for Process Runner Cloud v26.2, released in July 2026.

Enhancements

Sync Status Indicator On Users Page

The Users page now shows synchronization status with the Platform. Administrators can view the last sync date, time, type (manual or automatic), status, and next scheduled sync time. If a user initiated a manual sync, the Users page also displays that user's name. A progress indicator appears while synchronization is in progress.

Fixed Issues

Rules Description Field Character Limit In Control Panel

When adding or editing Rules in the Control Panel, the Description field did not display the full text if the text was too long. The field now supports up to 5000 characters, consistent with the on-premises version.
