System Requirements for Innowera Dashboard

This document lists the system requirements for Innowera Dashboard.

Caution: Make sure that you have the latest service packs and updates for related products.

Prerequisites

This section lists the hardware and software required for installing and using Innowera Dashboard.

Server Computer Requirements

The hardware requirements are as follows:

• RAM: 4 GB
• Disk Space: 250 MB to 300 MB
• Database size: 500 MB to 5 GB

The software requirements are as follows:

• Operating system: Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012 R2, or Windows Server 2012
• Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS): 10, 8.5, or 8.0
• Database: SQL Server 2019, SQL Server 2017, SQL Server 2016, SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 3, or SQL Server 2012 Service Pack 4
• Email protocol supported: SMTP
• Data encryption: Transparent Data Encryption (TDE). For information about implementing TDE, see Transparent Data Encryption Setup Guide.

Note: You can also install Innowera Dashboard on a virtual computer. A special Innowera license is required to work in these environments. For information about such licenses, contact insightsoftware support.

Client Computer Requirements

The software requirements are as follows:

• Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 8.1
• Web browser: Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge

Note: To upload statistics to Innowera Dashboard, you must use Process Runner, Process Runner DB, or Process Runner Excel Add-in.
