This section describes the new features, enhancements, and fixed issues for Process Runner v23.2, released in June 2023.

New Features

SAP Systems in Cloud Hub Control Panel

Process Runner Cloud users with administrator privileges can now define the SAP systems such as QAS or DM0 in the Cloud Hub Control Panel. The SAP systems defined in the SAP Systems section can be assigned to Process Runner desktop users in the Assign Controls > Assign SAP Systems section.

Enhancements

New Sample Script File

In Process Runner 23.2, the sample script file Send Multiple Mail Using ProR tool with MFA.vb is added to the application folder (Samples\Scripts). To send emails in bulk, choose this sample script file under Edit > Pre Script/Post Script/Custom Process > Pre-Run iScript/Post-Run iScript/Custom Process > VB.Net Script > Insert Sample Code and update the script.

Sending Emails in Bulk Using a Custom Script

When you run a process file with a custom script to send emails in bulk, some of the emails remain unsent while some emails are not found.
