This section describes the enhancements and fixed issues for Process Runner Cloud v25.2, released in June 2025.

Enhancements

Manage Access to Lineos AI Services

You can now control user access to Lineos, the AI services from insightsoftware. Under Control panel > Settings > Application settings, select or clear the Switch off Lineos from desktop apps and Cloudhub checkbox to disable or enable Lineos.

Run Actions Permissions for Processes

You can configure run actions permissions when adding or editing a process. In the Add Process or Update Process page, the Permitted actions section allows you to assign appropriate permission levels. For more information, see the Processes in the Manage Control Panel section of the Process Runner Cloud Help.

Run Actions Permissions for SAP System

You can configure run actions permissions when adding or editing an SAP system. In the Add SAP system or Update SAP system page, the Permitted actions section allows you to assign appropriate permission levels. User List of Shared File in Eshare

You can now view the list of users the file is shared with, by selecting the Right Arrow icon next to the shared file name in the list on the Eshare page.

UI and Performance Improvements

The version 25.2 release includes minor user interface updates and performance enhancements.

Fixed Issues

Incorrect Date Appearing on Users Page

When you open the Users page, the Updated on column for all users incorrectly displays the current date, regardless of when the user's information was last modified.
