This section describes the new features and enhancements for Process Runner Cloud v24.1, released in March 2024.

New Features

Central Settings in Cloud Control Panel

The account managers of Process Runner Cloud can configure the settings of Transaction, BAPI/RFM, Scripting, Data Extractor, and Update/Backup for all desktop users of their organization centrally at Control Panel > Settings > Central settings. Enhancements

Assign or Change Roles and Permissions of Multiple Users

In the Users page, you can now select Change roles and Change permission to assign or change the roles and permissions of users in bulk. For more information, see Manage Users in Process Runner Cloud help.

Filter Users

In the Users page, you can filter users by Products, Roles, or Permission type using the Filter Users feature. Use this feature to perform different tasks on the Users page for selected users.

Export Details of Users

You can export the details of users, such as First name, Last name, Email, Roles, License type, License products, and Status to a CSV file from the Users page. For more information, see Export User Details in the Process Runner Cloud Guide.

User Interface in Spanish and French Languages

The user interface of the Process Runner Cloud application now supports the Spanish and French languages. You can change the default language for Process Runner Cloud from English (United States) to Spanish or French by configuring the language settings of your browser.

Global and User Tag Details of Eshare Files

In the Eshare page, the data entered for the Global tags and User tags appears as column titles for Eshare files instead of tag IDs.
