This section describes the new features for Process Runner DB v23.4.1, released in February 2024.

New Features

Integration with Process Runner Cloud

Process Runner DB users can now select the cloud-based control panel to define their enterprise settings. You can use the Cloud Hub Control Panel by selecting Process Runner Cloud under Tools > Options > Enterprise Settings > Control Panel.

The Cloud Hub Control Panel allows Process Runner Cloud users with administrator privileges to define settings for Process Runner DB users such as technology settings, data extractor settings, processes, SAP systems, data governance rules, and managing custom messages.

Enhancements

Update version of Process Runner DB

You can now select Help > Check for Updates to download and install the upgraded version of Process Runner DB. The application downloads the 64-bit version by default. For the 32-bit version, contact your Process Runner DB admin or create a support case on Salesforce. For more information, see the Help Tab section in the Process Runner DB help.
