Process Runner Cloud v25.4

This section describes the enhancements and fixed issues for Process Runner Cloud v25.4, released in December 2025.

Enhancements

Set Custom Default Role For Standard Users

You can now set any custom role as the default role for standard users. When you select the Set as default role checkbox while adding or editing a custom role, all newly created standard users—users added without selecting the Account Manager toggle in Platform—are automatically assigned to the selected role instead of <Account name>_StdUserRole. For more information, see Manage Roles.

[PR-11811]

Set Custom Default Group

You can now set any custom group as the default group for your organization. When you select the Set as Default Group checkbox while adding or editing a custom group, all newly created users in Platform are automatically assigned to the selected group instead of <Account name>_DefaultGroup. For more information, see Groups in the Manage Control Panel section.

[PR-11758]

Configurable CSV Separator For Data Export

You can now configure different separator characters for CSV files when exporting data from Cloud Hub. This feature improves compatibility with regional Excel settings. For example, Switzerland uses a semicolon (;) instead of a comma (,). For more information, see Application Settings in the Manage Control Panel section.

[PR-11757]

Admin Role For Account Managers Without License

When you create a user in Platform by selecting the Account Manager toggle and without assigning a license type, Cloud Hub automatically assigns the <Account name>_AdminRole during the synchronization process.

[PR-11864]

Assign Roles And Permissions Using CSV

Account Managers can now assign roles and permissions to multiple users in Cloud Hub using a CSV file. The Cloud Hub auto-selects roles and permissions based on user data in the file, eliminating manual configuration. For more details, see Assign Roles And Permissions In Bulk Using CSV in the Manage Users section.

[PR-11185]

Users List With Permission Status

The Users page now includes a Permission column that shows whether a user has Run only or Designer permissions. You no longer need to open the user details dialog to view the permission status.

[PR-11736]

Audit Log And Run Statistics Reports Export Complete Data

The Audit Log and Run Statistics reports in the Dashboard now export the entire dataset, rather than only the rows displayed on the page based on the Rows per page setting.

Thread Restrictions in Processes

In addition to setting the number of threads allowed per run at the global and user levels, you can now configure the value at the process level in Processes. When defined, the process-level setting overrides the values set at the global and user levels. For more information, see Processes in the Manage Control Panel section.

[PR-11755]

Increased Number of SAP Calls Allowed For A Process

You can now set the No. of SAP calls allowed per run of a process to up to 9,999,999, an increase from the previous limit of 1,000, in Global controls, Product user settings, and Processes under Control Panel.

Fixed Issues

Cache Clears On Logout

When you select Logout, the system clears all cache created during login. As a result, when you log in again, the Cloud Hub fetches the role claim from the database as if it were the first time.
