SAP Return Message Settings for Cloud License

If your organization is using the cloud license of Process Runner Excel Add-in, the account managers can manage the messages that SAP returns for all users in the Process Runner Cloud Hub Control Panel.

Known Issues

Error while signing in to Process Runner Cloud

When you open Process Runner Excel Add-in and try to sign in to Process Runner Cloud using Help > Process Runner Cloud Logon or when you select Help > About section, the following message is displayed: Error occurred while fetching the access token.
