Central Settings for Cloud License

If your organization is using the cloud license of Process Runner Excel Add-in, the account managers can centrally configure the settings of Transaction, BAPI/RFM, Scripting, Data Extractor, and Update/Backup for all users in the Process Runner Cloud Control Panel.

Known Issues

Error occurred while fetching access tokens

When a user signs in to Excel Add-in through Process Runner Cloud for the first time, the following error appears: "Error occurred while fetching access tokens." To resolve the issue, the user can use the About option to access the application for the first time.
