User Not Found
Symptom
When you try to open Process Runner, the following error message is displayed.
User “<UserName>” not found in Control Panel. You are not authorized to use Process Runner is displayed.
or
User not found in Cloud Hub Control Panel. Contact your Cloud Hub Control Panel admin or IT help desk.
Cause
This error occurs when you configure Control Panel in Process Runner but, your name does not exist in the instance of Control Panel that you have used.
Solution
Contact your system administrator to add your user name in Control Panel.
