Note Tab
This section describes how to configure the options on the Note tab. You can configure the settings to display the notes on opening or running the Process files.

Display Note on Open
This topic describes how to configure notes that must be displayed when you open a Process file.
To configure notes,
- Open the Process file for which you want to update notes and select Note > Display Note on Open.The My Notes and SAP Documentation text boxes appear.
Note: The SAP Documentation functionality is valid only for BAPI/RFM technology.
- Enter the notes in the text box and save the Process file.
The added notes are displayed when the Process file is opened.
Display Note on Run
This topic describes how to configure notes that are displayed when you run a Process file.
To configure notes,
- Open the Process file for which you want to update notes and select Note > Display Note on Open.The My Notes and SAP Documentation text boxes appear.
Note: The SAP Documentation functionality is valid only for BAPI/RFM technology.
- Enter the notes in the text box and save the Process file.
The added notes are displayed when the Process file is run.
SAP Documentation
This topic describes how to configure SAP-related notes that are displayed when you run RFM/BAPI Process files.
Note: The note is deployed globally on the transaction codes.
To configure notes,
- Open the RFM/BAPI Process file for which you want to update the notes and select Note. The My Notes and SAP Documentation text boxes appear.
- Enter the notes and select Save.
The updated notes are displayed when you run this RFM/BAPI Process file.
Note: The SAP notes are displayed only if the Get BAPI/RFM documentation from SAP option is selected in More... > Advanced Record Options during the recording. If it is not selected, then you must select Refresh in SAP Documentation.
