My Dashboard Tab

This section describes how to use the MY DASHBOARD tab to monitor the financial and technical statistics of an organization. You can view graphical and theoretical reports of SAP calls, return on investment (ROI), recent file list, information related to usage of last file, license, and log/stat related details. This section contains the following topics:

Note: All the reports and elements in MY DASHBOARD can be filtered by age and relevance.

Report

This topic describes how to view the different reports available in the Report section to track the calls made to SAP.

To view reports,

  1. In Process Runner, select MY DASHBOARD.
  2. Select an appropriate time range option from the Selection group.
  3. In the Report section, select the Calls by Module link. The graphical reports of calls made to SAP are displayed in both two-dimensional and three-dimensional views.
  4. Select the Total Calls link. The reports view is switched to total calls of a particular Windows user. The total number of calls is proportional to the date range and number of SAP calls.
  5. Select the Calls per System link. The graphical report of all the SAP calls made to a particular SAP System is displayed. The number of calls per system is proportional to the number of calls and date range.

ROI Report

This topic describes how to view and switch between graphical and text modes of return on investment (ROI) reports. You can use the ROI reports for an economic analysis of a business.

To view the ROI Reports,

  1. In Process Runner, select MY DASHBOARD.
  2. Select an appropriate time range option from the Selection group.
  3. In the ROI Report section, select the Graphical Report option. The ROI Report in the graphical mode is displayed.

  4. Select the Text Report. The ROI Report in the text mode is displayed.
  5. Select the configuration icon in the generated ROI Report. The ROI configuration window is displayed. To configure the ROI view for various modules, select the following options:
    • Currency: Indicates the default currency in which a particular user is paid to work with SAP in your organization
    • Display Total Number of Processes: Indicates each process on which you have worked. The parameters are as follows:
      • All: Indicates that all the parameters are applicable for all the processes.
      • Top: Indicates the number of top processes that are used.
    • Transaction: Select the following options:
      • Rate per hour: Indicates the amount paid to an SAP user for a transaction on an hourly basis.
      • Time Configuration Setting: Indicates the time required in seconds for completing each screen and the fields 1 and 2.
      • Call Configuration Setting: Indicates the number of screens per call and the number of fields, 1 per call and 2 per calls basis.
    • BAPI/RFM:Select the following options:
      • Rate per hour:Indicates the amount paid to an SAP user for BAPI/RFM on an hourly basis.
      • Time Configuration Setting: Indicates the time required in seconds for completing 1000 records and fields 1 and 2.
      • Call Configuration Setting: Indicates the total number of records and the fields, 1 per call and 2 per calls basis.
    • GUI Scripting:Select the following options:
      • Rate per hour: Indicates the amount paid to an SAP user for GUI scripting on an hourly basis.
      • Time Configuration Setting: Indicates the time required in seconds for completing one GUI line and the fields 1 and 2.
      • Call Configuration Setting: Indicates the total number of records and the fields, 1 per call and 2 per calls basis.
    • Data Extractor: Select the following options:
      • Rate per hour:Indicates the amount paid to an SAP user for data extraction on an hourly basis.
      • Time Configuration Setting: Indicates the time required in seconds for completing per 1000 records and the fields 1 and 2.
      • Call Configuration Setting: Indicates the total number of data extraction records and the number of fields, 1 per call and 2 per calls basis.

Recent File Details

This topic describes how to use the Recent File Detail section to view the list of recent files and details of the last file that was in use.

To retrieve information about recent files,

  1. In Process Runner, select MY DASHBOARD.
  2. Select an appropriate time range option from the Selection group.
  3. Select the Recent File List link in the Recent File Detail section. A list of recently used files is displayed.

  4. Select the Last File Info link in the Recent File Detail section. The details of the last used file, such as file name, type, location, start time, and end time, are displayed.

About

This topic describes how to use the About section to view the information related to Process Runner license and log stat file.

To retrieve license and log stat file information,

  1. In Process Runner, select MY DASHBOARD.
  2. Select an appropriate time range option from the Selection group.
  3. Select the License Info link in the About section. The license information is displayed.
  4. Select the Log Stat File Info link in the About section. The log stat file information is displayed.
