Enable or Disable Process Runner DB or SAP Version Check

Process Runner DB tends to warn its users regarding correspondence of Process Runner DB version and SAP version with process file. If the origin of process file and the version where it is executed is different, then users are informed about the change in version. Similarly, if a Process file is created using a SAP version that is different from current SAP version where file is been executed, then a popup dialog appears informing the change in version.

You can disable these warning dialogs of version check both globally (for all process files at application level) and individually (for an individual process file).

Enable/Disable version-check settings for all process files (global level)

  1. Select Tools> Options> Updates/Backup tab.
  2. Enable or disable the Disable SAP version check on run and Disable future version file check options to alter the version check settings for all process files.

  3. Select Apply and OK.

Note: By performing the steps mentioned above, the warning message of version check will not be displayed for any process file.

Enable/Disable version-check settings for process files (individual)

  1. Open the process file for which the version-check settings are to be changed.
  2. Go to File menu and select Info.
  3. In the File Info page, switch to Advanced tab.
  4. Enable or disable the Disable SAP version check on run and Disable future version file check options to alter the version check settings of that individual process file.

Note: By performing the steps mentioned above, the warning message of version check will not be displayed for that particular process file.
