Add or Remove Remote Desktop Connection

This topic describes the process of setting up Remote Desktop Connection setting in Process Runner DB to connect to a remote computer.

Add Authorized RDP system in Process Runner DB:

1. Open Process Runner DB.
2. Go to Tools > RDP Computer Setting. The Authorized RDP Computers Setting dialog appears.
3. Enter the computer name or the IP address of the computer in RDP Computer List.
4. Select Add to add the computer to RDP list.

Note: The total number of RDP Computers that can be added to the RDP Computer list totally depends on the Process Runner DB License you are using.

To delete RDP computer from the list:

1. Open Process Runner DB.
2. Go to Tools > RDP Computer Setting. The Authorized RDP Computers Setting dialog appears.
3. Select the system to be deleted from authorized RDP computers list and select Delete.
4. Enter the access key to delete the RDP computer from the list.

   

For access key to delete authorized RDP computer, contact insightsoftware support with the Computer Id of that RDP computer.
