iTable tab of Process Runner DB

The section describes the iTable tab that enables users to download SAP data to Database, upload SAP data to Database, and update SAP data through Database table. Process Runner DB is dimensioned to utilize the database tables both externally and internally. User has options to implement internal database table at iTable tab and external database, if installed on the system.

Run Actions

This topic describes how to use the options in the iTable > Run Actions section to run the file. Some of the run options are available only for some of the technologies.

Control

This topic describes how to control the behavior and data of iTable. This section contains the following topics:

Show Only Active Fields

This topic describes how to switch the view of iTable to view the fields which are active in the table.

Note: The Show Only Active Fields option is available only for Transaction technology.

To view the fields which are active in the iTable,

1. In Process Runner DB, open the Process File.
2. Select the iTable tab > Control > Show Only Active Fields. It displays or hides the active fields in the iTable.

Export

This topic describes how to export the data of iTable to the local system.

Note: The Export option is available only for Transaction technology.

To export the data of iTable,

1. In Process Runner DB, open the Process File.
2. Select the iTable tab > Control > Export . The iTable data is exported to the local system in the following formats:
   • XLS
   • XLSX
   • Text
   • XML

View

You can customize the view of iTable through commands stationed at view group. This section contains the following topics:

Delete Records

This topic describes how to delete the records of the iTable.

Note: The Delete Records option is available only for Transaction technology.

To delete the records in the iTable,

1. In Process Runner DB, open the Process File.
2. Select Delete Records in the View section on the iTable tab.

Side Panel

This topic describes how to enable the visibility of the side panel in Process Runner DB. You can monitor the process, status, and progress of the Process file. By default, the visibility of the side panel is in the hide mode.

To enable the visibility of the side panel,

1. Open the Process file.
2. Select Side Panel in the View section on the iTable tab. The side panel appears.
