Check Updates to Process Runner DB

You can check the current version of Process Runner DB installed on your system and use the Check for Updates option to update Process Runner DB when new version is available.

To check the current version of Process Runner DB in your system,

1. In Process Runner DB, select Help tab > About.
2. The About dialog appears with Process Runner DB license details.
3. Optionally, select Copy Info to copy the license details.
4. Select Close.

To check and download latest version of Process Runner DB,

In Process Runner DB, select Help tab > Check for Updates.

• If a new version of the application is available, select Download & Install in the New Updates Available dialog. Process Runner DB downloads the updates, extracts the required files, and initiates the installation process.

  Note: By default, the 64-bit version of the application gets downloaded. If you want to download the 32-bit version, contact your Process Runner admin or create a support case on Salesforce.

• If you have the latest version of Process Runner DB on your system, the No New Updates Available dialog appears.

Note: You can manage the notifications through the bell icon when an updated version of the product is available. The bell icon appears only when you select the Notify to Install Updates option in Options > Updates/Backup. For information about this option, see Updates/Backup.
