Access Multiple Accounts

Process Runner Cloud Hub provides the option for the users to access multiple Process Runner cloud accounts by adding a user as a guest. Users from insightsoftware and users from the customer’s partner account can be invited as guests for troubleshooting and for general assistance.

Prerequisites

The account managers or users with permissions must add the user as a guest to their Process Runner Cloud accounts using the Invite Guests feature of the insightsoftware platform.

Switch Between Accounts

To switch between the Process Runner Cloud accounts, a guest user should perform the following steps:

1. Sign in to insightsoftware platform.

   Note: If you are signing in for the first time, you will sign in to the default insightsoftware account.

2. Go to Profile > Switch Account and switch to the account in which you want to sign in.
3. In a browser, enter the Process Runner Cloud URL of the account you have switched in platform and sign in. You have signed into the account.
4. To switch to another Process Runner Cloud account, sign out of the current account.
5. Repeat the steps from 2 to 3.

The guest user is deleted automatically from the Process Runner Cloud account after a period of 90 days. Account managers can invite the guest to the Process Runner Cloud account again. See Invite Guests.
