Conversion Error in Enjoy Transactions

Symptom

When an Enjoy Transaction Process file, such as FB50, FB60, FV50, or FV60, is run in Batch input mode, the following error message is displayed.

Conversion error occurred in field. Document Level error check failed.  

If the screen variant proposed for posting in SAP user profile is used that could lead to mismatch in mapping of fields to that of the screen.

Solution

When the Process file is run in Batch input mode, it should be run in No Variant mode in SAP user profile. To resolve this issue, reset the screen variant proposed for posting so that standard maximum variant for entering G/L account data is used.

1. Open the SAP system.
2. Enter FV50 and select Enter.  The next screen of FV50 appears.
3. Select Edit > Screen Variant > Reset Screen Variant.

   

4. In the Exit Editing screen, select Yes.
5. Verify that FV50 displays No entry variant selected.
