Process Management

Process Files list page displays the list of published and imported process files. The published files are displayed with status as Published Files and the imported process files are displayed as Non Published files.

Generate HTML Page

To generate HTML page,

  1. Select Generate HTML Page generates the HTML pages for the selected process file as shown in the following screenshot.

  2. The HTML pages are saved in InnoweraOfflinePages zip file.
  3. Extract the InnoweraOfflinePages zip file.
  4. Open the HTML file using editor, enter the password used to log into Innowera Web and Mobile Server for the mentioned username and save. User is set to run the process file after entering data.

    Note: The specified process file should exist at the mentioned server in offline pages.

Reset Cache From Memory (Selected)

The selected process from the Process Files List can be removed from the cache memory by selecting Reset Cache from Memory (selected).

Export Process File

Using Export (selected) functionality, user can export the selected process file to a zip file InnoweraProcessFilePKG.zip for backup and import them to another Innowera Web and Mobile Server server.

  1. Select the Role Master from the Admin drop-down menu.
  2. Select Edit icon for selected user.

  3. Ensure that Allow process file management is enabled in Process Management section.

  4. Select Allow to export process file in the Export Setting section.
  5. Select Update to save the settings.

  6. Once the role is updated, the user can export the process files.

Note: The user should have the permission to export process file.

To set the permission to user for exporting the process file

To export process file after role is updated with required permissions,

  1. Select Process Management from Manage Process & Service drop-down menu.
  2. List of Process files appear in the grid.
  3. Select the process files that you want to export, and then click Export (selected).

  4. In the Confirmation window, select Yes to save the zip file.

Delete

The user can delete only the non published files; published process files cannot be deleted.
