Process Runner Cloud Hub and Platform
As an administrator or a user with permissions, Process Runner Cloud allows you to assign roles and permissions to the users in your organization. The users, according to the permissions assigned to their roles in Process Runner Cloud can perform different tasks in the Eshare and Control Panel tabs.
As a user, you must activate your account and sign in to your account in the insightsoftware Platform to access the Process Runner Cloud application.

As an administrator, you can use the insightsoftware Platform to set up users in your organization by creating users, editing user details, deactivating or removing users. Before creating users and assigning licenses to your users, you need to perform the following:

The insightsoftware team assigns a unique Process Runner Cloud URL to every organization having a Process Runner platform license. You can use the Process Runner Cloud URL for your organization to configure users. After you create users in platform, it could take up to 30 minutes for the user details to reflect in Process Runner Cloud of your organization.
Alternatively, you can quickly import user's details from the Platform to Process Runner Cloud by going to Profile > Sync on the side navigation bar.
