Use Lineos (AI Doc Assist) In Cloud Hub
Lineos is an in-product AI Assist feature from insightsoftware. The AI Assist chatbot includes AI Doc Assist, which answers questions related to Process Runner products by using documentation and support knowledge base articles as its sources. Some key benefits of AI Doc Assist are:

Perform the following steps to use AI Doc Assist:
- On the left bottom side of the pane, select the Lineos icon. The AI Assistant dialog appears.
- Enter the question in the text box and select Enter key or the left arrow icon. insightsoftware’s AI Assistant provides a tailored response.
- Optionally, select any of the related help articles under the References section of the search result to view more information from the documentation website and support knowledge base articles.
