View Notifications

The Notifications is a hyperlink displayed on top right corner and clicking on it takes to the Process Databox page. The notifications allow logged in user to know for any new entry into the notification panel. Users can send/receive notification if Allow Two Stage Communication is enabled under Admin > Settings > Basic  Settings > General Settings. Send for review and Save button are displayed in HTML pages only if the setting mentioned above is enabled. It is also required to set one or more Back Office users for two stage communication under  Admin -> User Master as shown by expanding the 'Back Office Users' section.

Tag Description

Unique Id: 

Displays the Unique id for the record. 

Requested by: 

  Displays the name of the user who sent the process file for review. Admin user can view records of all the user.

Process Name: 

  Displays the name of the published process file and is a hyperlink which opens the published HTML page. Back office users can make changes however Admin user is only permitted to view the records in the Inbox. Admin user cannot perform any action further on the record unless admin user is the back office user of the initiator.

  Date:

Displays the date and time of record which is received in Inbox. 

  File Version:

Displays the time stamp of the record in Inbox. 

Server Name: 

Displays the IWMS Server name. 

  Refresh:

Refreshes the Inbox entries. 

 Delete:

Deletes the selected record from the list. 

Mark as Unread (Selected): 

Changes any read entry to unread status. 

Mark as Read (Selected): 

Changes any unread entry to read status. 

  View (Selected):

Opens the Inbox record and displays the HTML page with the details. 

 Filter:

Display records in grid that are Read, Unread, or All based on the drop-down selection. 

Draft Tab

On clicking the Save button in the HTML page, the entry for the process is listed under the Drafts tab.

Unique Id 

Displays the unique id for the records. 

Process Name 

  Displays the name of the published process file and is a hyperlink to display the records. Admin can view all the records in notification but cannot operate them further.

UserName

This is displayed only on Admin login. Displays the names of users who saved the draft records.

  Changed Date

Displays the date and time of the last changes made in the record.

  File Version

Displays the time stamp of the record. 

Server Name 

Displays the IWMS Server Name. 

  Refresh

Refreshes the draft entries. 

 Delete

Deletes the selected records from the list. 

Mark as Unread (Selected) 

Changes any read entry to unread status. 

Mark as Read (Selected) 

Changes any unread entry to read status. 

  View (Selected)

Opens the record and displays the HTML page with the details. 

 Data Search

Filters data based on the data entered in the published HTML pages. 

Sent Items

All the files that are sent for review, test run and run are displayed under Sent Items tab.

Tag Description

Unique Id 

Displays the unique id for the records.

Date

Displays the date and time of the record which is listed.

  Action

Displays the action performed.

  Message Id, Message Type, Message text

Displays the status (Success/Error) of the sent errors. 

Server Name 

Displays the IWMS Server name. 

 Delete (Selected)

Deletes the selected record from the list. 

 View (Selected)

Opens the record and displays the HTML page with the details. 

Filter 

The process files sent on executing published process files are shown under IWMS filter. The request sent using Generate HTML page option are displayed under Anonymous filter.

Data Search 

This field will search for all the data that are sent to SAP. 

  • When logged with Admin priveleges, all the sent items of other users along with their user name will be displayed in sent items tab. Admin can view all the user records in the notification but cannot operate them further.

  • When SAP transaction is done through Send to SAP and if error is returned from SAP; the record will be listed in Sent Items and Sent Items Log (Error)

Outbox

Outbox folder is generally used in devices, if User works in offline mode (or no connectivity in online mode) on the mobile device and performs executions like 'Send To SAP' or 'Send for Review' then all the transactions will be stored in Outbox on device, once the device is online; the user has to manually execute them from outbox. If records from devices are uploaded using 'Upload Record Only' option, then records from outbox folder of devices are retrieved here.

Note: If the offline entries are to be sent to SAP, user will have to send it manually from outbox. And if any entries are deleted from outbox, it has to be retrieved in outbox by restoring them from 'Deleted Items' and then get executed.

Displays the name of the server. 

Deleted Items

All the entries deleted in any of the tab of Process Databox are listed under Deleted Items tab.

From Record

Displays the tab from where the record is deleted.

  Username

This is displayed only on Admin Login. Displays the names of users who deleted records.

  Date

Displays the date and time at which the record is deleted.

File version 

Displays the time stamp when the record is received in deleted items. 

 Server Name

Displays the IWMS Server name. 

 Restore (Selected)

Sends the record back to the respective tab from where it was deleted earlier. 

 Delete (Selected)

Deletes the selected record from the list. 

 View (Selected)

Opens the record and displays the HTML page with the details. 

 Refresh

Refreshes the list of entries. 

Sent Item Log

All the entries of any successful SAP transactions Send for Review, Test and Send to SAP from Process Apps are listed in the Sent Items Log.

Note: The record entry of failed SAP Transaction that are executed using Send to SAP are also listed in Sent Items Log.

Process Name 

  This field displays name of the Process App.

Displays the username by whom it is performed.

  Server Name

Displays the server name.

SAP Reports

The operations which are concerned with data transfer between SAP and Excel and those performed in the process apps are saved as notifications in SAP reports section of IWMS. Click Downloadicon or File Name to download the Excel data file corresponding to the particular notification.

Unique Id 

Each log entry has a Unique ID that is generated upon execution by the user. All the action of that particular user on that process are listed under same Unique ID. 

Process Name 

  This field displays name of the Process App.

File Name

Click on the link of the file name to download the corresponding file of a particular notification.

  Device ID

Displays the device ID.

  User Name

Displays the username by whom it is performed.

  Date

Displays the date and time of corresponding notification.
