Transform date to SAP date format

Let us consider for example execution of Display Employee process which consist of date fields. Clicking on Defaults populates the Personnel Number, Subtype, Start Date and End Date. The format of the date which gets displayed may not be in the same format as set in SAP System.

Note: Clicking on the Defaults button does not populate the date with the selected Logon shortcut SAP sate format.

This date format can be changed to same as that of SAP system before executing the file by selecting the appropriate logon shortcut having SAP date format as shown below. This changes the Start Date and End Date value same as that of SAP Date format.
