Send License Details
Note: This section is valid only if you are using the legacy license model.
This section explains the process of sending the license details from Process Runner.
To send the license details from Process Runner,
- Open Process Runner, and select Help > About. The About dialog appears with the license information.
- Select Copy Info. A dialog appears with options to either copy or email the license information.
- Select any of the following options, depending on whether Microsoft Outlook is installed on your system:
- Copy: Copies the license information that is necessary in order to assign the license file by insightsoftware. Email the copied information to mag-innoweralicense@insightsoftware.com.
- E-mail: Copies the license information directly to an Outlook email that you must send to mag-innoweralicense@insightsoftware.com.
After you send the license request, insightsoftware support verifies the license request against the order received from your company and then sends an email to you or your internal license manager.
