Use AutoFix Tool
This chapter describes the procedure to auto-fix the settings without any manual intervention. The AutoFix Tool automatically fixes issues in Excel and SAP GUI settings.
To run Autofix Tool,
- Go to
C:\<Application Folder Path>, double-click AutoFixTool. The AutoFix Tool window appears as shown in the following screenshot.

Excel Setting |
This section of settings will help the users to Autofix Excel related settings that are essential for running Innowera Products. However, please do not tamper any settings without instructions from Innowera Support Team. |

Required folder to be run Innowera Products in Log Off Mode. |
Select Autofix to restore the required settings for selection of the essential folder to run Innowera Products in offline mode. |

Required setting for convert Excel File to PDF using COM method for service user (Non Interactive User). |
Select Autofix to fix the settings to its default values which are required to convert Excel file to PDF using COM method for Service (Non interactive user). |

SAP GUI Setting |
SAP GUI Settings are implemented to fix the errors and retain default state of smooth mechanism of Process Runner for GUI Script technology. However, do not tamper any settings without instructions from Innowera Support Team. |

Disable Notify when a Innowera GUI Script opens connection and attaches to SAP GUI for current user. |
Select Autofix to by-pass the prompt which is displayed when Innowera GUI Script connection is established with SAP GUI for the current user. |

Disable SAP GUI Security to run Innowera Products in Log Off mode for current user. |
Select Autofix to regain the access of Innowera Products to run in Log Off mode for current user. |

Disable Notify when a Innowera GUI Script opens connection and attaches to SAP GUI for all users. |
Select Autofix to by-pass the prompt which is displayed when Innowera GUI Script connection is established with SAP GUI for all the users. |

EP/SSO Setting |
This section of settings will help the users to autofix several EP/SSO related settings. However, do not tamper any settings without instructions from Innowera Support Team. |

Enable Innowera Products EP/SSO compatible with IE 11. |
Select Autofix to restore the required default settings that will enable the EP/SSO of any Innowera Products with IE 11. |

This section of settings will help the users to restore default settings that are essential for playback of Process Runner videos on IE 9. |
