Request and Load License for Web and Mobile Server

This section provides information about how to request and load license for Innowera Web and Mobile Server.

To request and load license for Web and Mobile Server,

1. Double-click IWMS Database and Service Configuration that is available on the desktop of the server computer where Innowera EShare Service is installed. The Innowera Web and Mobile Database & Service Configuration window appears.

   

2. Go to Help > About. The Load license window is displayed.
3. Select Copy Info. The Copy license details window is displayed.
4. In the Copy license details dialog box, select one of the following options:
   • Copy: Copies the license information (to clipboard) that is required by Innowera for the allotment of the license file. Email the copied information to mag-innoweralicense@insightsoftware.com.
   • Email: Copies the license information directly to an Outlook email that you must send to mag-innoweralicense@insightsoftware.com.

   You will receive an email with the license details.

5. Select Load License. The Select a InnoweraWMS license file window is displayed.
6. Select the license file, and then select Open. The Success window appears with the message The InnoweraWMS file has been loaded successfully.
