Access Denied Error on Logon Page

Problem: You might see an Access Denied error on logon page.

Solution: Follow these steps to configure read or write permission for the following Innowera Web and Mobile Server folders:

  • LookupFiles
  • MobileRunner
  • ProcessFiles
  • SDKRuntime
  • WebRunner
  • ProRServices
  • App_Code
  • IWS ProcessFiles
  • iWMSTemp 
  • App_data
  • Content
  • InnoweraApp
  • Banner

To configure read or write permission,

  1. Go to Start > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager > InnoweraWMS. Right-click App_Code folder, and then select Edit Permissions.

  2. In Security tab, select the options as shown in the following screenshot.

  3. If you still cannot log in, add IUSR group by selecting Edit under Security tab, and then enter name IUSR as shown in the following screenshot.

  4. Enable the same options for IUSR as described in step 2.
