Access Denied Error on Logon Page
Problem: You might see an Access Denied error on logon page.
Solution: Follow these steps to configure read or write permission for the following Innowera Web and Mobile Server folders:
- LookupFiles
- MobileRunner
- ProcessFiles
- SDKRuntime
- WebRunner
- ProRServices
- App_Code
- IWS ProcessFiles
- iWMSTemp
- App_data
- Content
- InnoweraApp
- Banner
To configure read or write permission,
- Go to Start > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager > InnoweraWMS. Right-click App_Code folder, and then select Edit Permissions.
- In Security tab, select the options as shown in the following screenshot.
- If you still cannot log in, add IUSR group by selecting Edit under Security tab, and then enter name IUSR as shown in the following screenshot.
- Enable the same options for IUSR as described in step 2.
