Option

Description

Logo Configuration :

Allows to upload logo.

Banner Settings :

Allows to set banners to be displayed in Innowera Web and Mobile Server and InnoweraApp.

Theme Settings :

Allows to change configuration related to theme.

Dynamic Values :

Allows to specify values along with parameters that can be passed to device.

Refer these sections to know about the various options available.

Logo Configuration

Logo Configuration allows you to upload your company logo which then reflects on the top left hand corner replacing the Innowera Web and Mobile Server logo.

Other Settings-2

To change Innowera Web and Mobile Server logo,

  1. Selecxt Choose a file.. to select an image file and selectOpen.
  2. Select Upload to replace the custom logo with Innowera Web and Mobile Server logo.

Banner Settings

Banners have become an indispensable feature in most of the applications. These immediately catch users attention and by clicking on these banners, users are directed to the respective linked pages. Banner Settings in Innowera Web and Mobile Server allows user to upload images as banner in selected platform according to the configured display settings.

Platform Settings

  • Innowera Web & Mobile Server:

    When enabled, banner will be displayed in HTML page of the process files in Innowera Web and Mobile Server.

  • Innowera App for Device:

    When enabled, banner will be displayed i InnoweraApp. The uploaded banners will be synchronized to mobile device and will then be displayed in mobile devices.

    • Auto Download Banner At Login Time:

      When enabled, all the banners will be downloaded in InnoweraApp at login time.

Description

Time Interval for banner rotation :

Allows to modify the time interval for the rotation. If there are multi-banners to be displayed then all the uploaded banners will rotate on specified time intervals.

Image Size for Web :

Image will be displayed in specified size in Innowera Web and Mobile Server, if width of the image exceeds more than 910 pixels.

Image Size for Device :

Device will be displayed in specified size on mobile devices.

Add/Upload New Banners

Description

Banner Name :

Unique text that describes banner.

Select Image for Web :

Browse to select the banner file to be uploaded and displayed in Innowera Web and Mobile Server.

Select Image for Device :

Browse to select the banner file to be uploaded and displayed in Mobile Devices.

Link :

Specify a link where user is to be directed through clicking on the banner.

Save :

Saves the banner.

Export Banner

Export and Unzip Banner:

Export banner, exports the banners in a zip file.InnoweraBannerPKG.zip is the default name of the zip file. Now unzip or extract files from the compressed folder. The following folders will be displayed as shown in screenshot.

Theme Settings

Theme settings feature allows the user to configure settings related to theme. Go to Admin > Settings > Other Settings. Switch to Theme Settings tab.

Auto Download Theme At Login Time:

Select this option to enable auto download (Autosync) of theme upon login

Theme Name:

Displays the theme name that are imported in Innowera Web and Mobile Server for mobile devices.

File Name:

Displays the file name of the theme.

Date:

Displays the date and time of the last changes made in the corresponding theme.

Refresh:

Refreshes the background changes (if any) made to the theme settings

Add Theme

Select Add Theme to add the themes to Innowera Web and Mobile Server.

Description

Theme Name:

Enter a theme name for the theme that is to be added.

Select Theme File:

Click on browse and select the theme file from the local system.

Save:

Click this button to save the changes.

Cancel:

Click this button to exit without saving the changes.

Edit Theme

Select Edit-Button-1 of the corresponding existing theme in order to edit the same.

Description

Theme Name:

Allows to change the name of the theme.

Selected Theme File:

Displays the selected file of the theme.

Update:

Allows to update and save the changes.

Cancel:

Click to exit without updating the changes.

Export (selected)

User can export the existing theme(s) on the local system.

To export theme(s),

  1. Go to Theme Settings.
  2. Select themes that is to be exported.
  3. Select Export (Selected) to export the theme.

  4. CSS code of the theme is now available in pop-up which can be exported as a file by selecting Export.

  5. Save the CSS-File.

Export Sample Theme

Innowera Web and Mobile Server is facilitated with a predefined sample theme that can be exported to local system for customization. Select Click Here, it generates pop-up showing CSS of sample theme which can be modified later on different requirement basis.

How to Customize Innowera Web and Mobile Server Theme

The exported sample theme can be edited online from https://themeroller.jquerymobile.com/ web. Follow the given steps to edit the sample theme.

Note: Ensure to extract the zip file. The extracted file will be in .css format.

To customize Innowera Web and Mobile Server theme,

  1. Open https://themeroller.jquerymobile.com/ in web browser.

  2. Select Import.
  3. Open the exported .css file in any editor.
  4. Copy the entire code from the .css file

  5. Paste the copied code in Import Theme dialogue box and click Import.

    • Besides importing the Innowera Web and Mobile Server sample theme, user can also import default sample theme provided by Theme Roller. Follow the given steps to import default theme.
      1. SelectImport Default Theme from top-right corner of Import Theme dialogue box.
      2. The default theme will be imported as shown in the image below.

  6. Make the required changes to the sample themes.

  7. Select download, rename the theme and select Download Zip.
  8. Extract the zip file that is downloaded and select the css file that was renamed in last step to import in Innowera Web and Mobile Server.

Delete Selected

Select Delete of the corresponding theme to delete the theme individually or select the themes and click Delete (selected) as shown in the image below.

Dynamic Values

This option is helpful in defining prefix parameters along with its values as per your requirement. These values are then  passed to mobile devices on login to InnoweraApp. The variable Sync Key will be automatically generated each time on any changes to the dynamic value. On user login to InnoweraApp, if a new key is detected on device side, then all the values will be passed on to the device. So this key is mainly for synchronization on device side on login.

  1. Select Dynamic Values.
  2. Select + Add New Dynamic Value.
  3. Enter the Name of parameter and the Value to be passed.
  4. Select Save.

For example, you can set FTP details providing name for the FTP and connection details in Value field.
