View Logs
Logs from Web Runner, Device and WebAPI are captured and displayed in Log List. By default admin can view all logs of all users. Innowera Web and Mobile Server users unless authorized cannot view other users' logs.
All the actions are listed in a grid aspect to monitor the actions of users of Innowera Web and Mobile Server.
The actions performed on SAP system through Innowera Web and Mobile Server are not recorded by this section of log list.
- First column of the grid displays icon of notification according to message type.

- Second column displays the icon of platform that indicates whether it is WebRunner or MobileRunner

User Name
This field displays the name of the user by whom the further exhibited action was performed. It has the filter field that enables the admin to monitor the actions in user-wise pattern as illustrated in the following screenshot.
Source Type
This field displays the source from which the user has performed the action. The source can be WebRunner, iPad, Android,WebAPI, IWMS Service or All of them.
Message Type
The Message Type column displays the conclusion whether it was Start, Success, Information or Error. Filter field is provided to search for the logs with similar Message Type.
Message No
The Message No column displays the Message Number of the log. The filter provided here will allow the grid to exhibit all the logs similar to the Message Number entered in the filter field.
Message Text
Message text field displays the message text of the log that is related to conclusion of the action. The filter provided here will allow the grid to display that are similar to the message text that is typed in the filter field.
Device ID
The device ID column displays the unique ID of the device that is generated by Innowera Web and Mobile Server.
Log Create Date
This field displays the date on which a particular log was generate i.e. it exhibits the date on which that particular action was performed. The filter field consist of a calender that is used to select a particular date so that logs of a particular date can be displayed.

Refresh button is used to update the log list for the background changes. Moreover it also clears all the filters entered (if any) |
Delete all Logs: |
'Delete all Logs' will delete all the logs from the log table. If search filter is applied, then logs according to search will be deleted. |
Archive all Logs: |
This tool is used to archive all the logs to zip folder. If search filter is applied, then logs according to search will be deleted. |
