Configure User Profile
The User Profile page displays your Innowera Web and Mobile Server user details. The Users Profile option is under list when you select your Web and Mobile Server user display name available on the top right corner of the Web and Mobile Server application. You can also update the following on the User Profile page:
- Password
- Display name
- SAP default settings
- Password recovery questions
Note: If you have not saved your password recovery questions of your Web and Mobile Server user profile, whenever you sign into the Web and Mobile Server application a message appears to remind you to do so. You can select Please do so to set the password recovery questions or select continueto perform other tasks in the application without setting the password recovery questions.
Change Password
This section explains how you can update your Web and Mobile Server user password.
To update Web and Mobile Server password,
- Go to Admin > User Profile. The User Profile page appears.
- On the Change Password tab, enter your old password, and the new password to which you want to update.
- Select Update Password to update your password or select Reset if you want to re-enter the passwords.
Note: You can see the updated details on Admin > User Master > Edit User page.
Change Display Name
This section explains how you can update your Web and Mobile Server user display name.
To update Web and Mobile Server display name,
- Go to Admin > User Profile. The User Profile page appears.
- On the Change Display Name tab, enter the display name to which you want to update your user account.
- Select Change Display Name to update your display name or select Reset if you want to re-enter display name.
Note: You can see the updated details on Admin > User Master > Edit User page.
SAP Default Settings
This section explains how you can update your SAP default settings in your Web and Mobile Server application.
To update SAP default settings,
- Go to Admin > User Profile. The User Profile page appears.
- On the SAP Default Settings tab, enter the SAP Date Format and SAP Decimal Notation to which you want to update your user account.
- Select Apply to save the changes.
Note: You can see the updated information on the Logon Management > Add New page.
Password Recovery Questions
The password recovery questions in the User Profile page allows you to add security questions to recover your forgotten Web and Mobile Server user password.
To set your password recovery questions,
- Go to Admin > User Profile. The User Profile page appears.
- On the Password Recovery Questions tab, select two questions from the list or write your own questions.
- Select Apply to save the password recovery questions and answers.
If you forget your password, you can select Forgot Password on the Web and Mobile Server logon page and provide answers to the questions that you have set to recover your password.
