Manage API Tokens

View API Call Summary

The API Call Summary page displays the summary of API calls.

To view API call summary,

  1. In Innowera Web and Mobile Server, select API Tokens in the upper-right corner of the home page. The API Call Summary page is displayed.
  2. The API Call Summary page displays the following information:
    • SAP Call by App: Indicates the number of SAP calls made by the application. You can filter the SAP calls based on the date.
    • SAP Call by Status: Indicates the number of calls that are successful and unsuccessful. You can filter the SAP calls based on the date and application name.
    • SAP Call by Month: Indicates the number of SAP calls during a particular period. You can filter the SAP calls based on the date.

Manage API Tokens

The Manage API Token tab displays the list of all API tokens. You can refresh the list of API tokens by selecting Refresh.

To add a new token,

  1. In Innowera Web and Mobile Server, select API Tokens in the upper-right corner of the home page. The API Call Summary page is displayed.
  2. Select Manage API Token. The API Token Master page appears.

  3. Select Add New Token. The Add New Token window appears.

  4. In Access type, select one of the following:
    • Active: Indicates that the token can be used to generate authorization token.
    • Inactive: Indicates that the token cannot be used to generate authorization token.
  5. In Application Name, enter a name for the generated token.
  6. In Token Expire Type, select one of the following:
    • Never: Indicates that the token will never expire.
    • After: Indicates the duration after which the token will expire.
  7. Optionally, in Description, enter the information related to the token.
  8. Select Save. The token is created in the API Token Master page.
  9. Optionally, select a token and select Set as Default to set it as the default token.

The other details of Manage API token are as follows:

  • Last Accessed Client IP: The IP address of the client computer that last accessed the token.
  • Last Accessed time: The time at which the token was last accessed.
