View Top Report - Windows User

This topic describes how to view the report that gives you information about the Windows domain users who have most often uploaded Process files to Innowera Dashboard. The Top Report - Windows User option is visible in the web application only if your role has the Top Report - Windows User option enabled in the role maintenance section.

To view the report drill down on a Windows user,

  1. In Innowera Dashboard, select Reports > Top Report - Window User. The Top Report - Window User page is displayed.
  2. In the Product drop-down menu, select the products for which the report must be displayed.
  3. Select the Start Date and End Date to indicate the period for which the report must be displayed.
  4. Note: Make sure that the date range you select does not exceed the value set in the Option Setting page. For information about the date range value, see Configure Option Setting. However, if you do not have access to the Option Setting page, contact your Innowera Dashboard administrator.

  5. Optionally, depending on your requirement, select the following options:
    • Process Type: Indicates the type of the Process file for which the report must be displayed. You can view the report for Transaction, BAPI-RFM, GUI Scripting, or Data Extractor file type.
    • Report-Top: Indicates the number of Process files that must be displayed in the report.
    • Department: Indicates the department of the user who has uploaded the statistics and log files of the Process file.
    • Windows User: Indicates the Windows domain user name of the user who has uploaded the statistics and log files of the Process file. This option is available only when a department is selected.
    • Group By: Indicates that the report will be grouped by departments or products.
  6. Select Go. Based on the filter parameters selected, the report is displayed.
  7. To view the filter summary, select Display Filter Summary with Report. The report is displayed with the filter summary.

  8. To save the current filter parameters, select Save Current Filter Setting icon and provide a filter name for the filters that you specified; you can also use this saved filter later.
  9. To choose from the available saved filters, select the Get Current Filter Setting icon, select a filter, and select OK. Based on the parameters of the saved filter, the report is displayed.
  10. Optionally, you can select chart styles from Chart Appearance and color schemes from Palette, select the format from the drop-down menu, and then select the Save icon. By default, the file is saved in the Downloads folder of your computer.
  11. Perform the following steps to drill down on a specific Windows user:
    1. In the Top <NumberOfReportsToBeDisplayed> Windows User of ALL Module graph, select a user. The Top Report - Windows User page is displayed with details about the Windows user.
    2. Depending on your requirement, select the option for one or more of the parameters, such as product, start date, and end date. The drill-down report is displayed based on the specified filters.
    3. To save the details of the report to formats such as xls, pdf, rtf, or csv format, select the format, and then select the save button.
    4. Select Configuration of fields to add or remove fields in the main grid. The options that are not selected are displayed in the Details grid.
