Import SAP Logon Files

The Easy Workflow service requires the SAP Logon.ini or SAPGUILandscape.xml file that is available in the C:\Windows folder to run a workflow containing an autorun step type.

To import SAP Logon files,

  1. Open the IEWF Configuration Tool that is available on the desktop of the server system where the Easy Workflow service is installed. The Easy Workflow Service and Database Configuration Tool window appears.

  2. Go to Tools > Import SAP System. The Import SAP System Information dialog appears.
  3. Select Import.
  4. Confirm the import. The logon files are imported, and the listed SAP systems are available in the drop-down list when you are designing a workflow that contains an autorun step type.

If you import SAP system information when the Easy Workflow service is running, you must restart the service for the changes to take effect.
