Configure Email Settings of Easy Workflow

After installation, the email settings should be configured with the email server details.

To configure email settings,

  1. In the Easy Workflow Cockpit, go to Emails > Email Settings. The Email Settings dialog appears.

  2. Enter a valid email address in the Test email recipient box and select Send test email. Two test email notifications are sent to the email address.

    The test email from the service contains details about the Easy Workflow service version, the database version, and information to indicate if the server on which the current primary service is running has Microsoft Excel installed or not.

  3. Ensure that the email address of the Easy Workflow administrator in Easy Workflow Cockpit is the same as the email recipient ID.
