Generate Innowera Dashboard Configuration File

This section explains how to generate the Innowera Dashboard configuration file. The configuration file can be used by other users to connect to Innowera Dashboard from Process Runner, Process Runner DB, and Process Runner Excel Add-in.

You can select either the Database Configuration or Service Configuration option to export the configuration file.

To generate the configuration file,

1. Sign in to Innowera Dashboard.
2. Go to Admin Settings > Export Configuration File.
3. Depending upon how you want to configure Innowera Dashboard in Process Runner, Process Runner DB, or Process Runner Excel Add-in, select one of the following options:
   • Database Configuration
   • Service Configuration
4. If you select Service Configuration, perform one of the following steps:
   • Select Default Credential in Service Authentication.
   • Select User Define in Service Authentication and enter the domain user name and password that is provided by your administrator.
5. If you select both Database Configuration and Service Configuration, select one of the options in the Default Configuration box.
6. Select Export Configuration. The configuration file is exported with the default configuration details.
